As GAP’s new manager of quality, Trinadh Bollimpalli will have direct responsibility for quality procedures at the company’s York, PA, and New Castle, PA, facilities.

Bollimpalli comes to Graham from JLG Industries in McConnellsburg, PA, where over the course of his 14 years he served as plant manager, production foreman, and quality control foreman. During his career, he has developed, implemented, and maintained quality procedures, quality audit programs, and quality acceptance criteria and manufacturing process systems, all of which consistently improved product quality.

Bollimpalli received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University and has achieved his Six Sigma Black Belt. He enjoys mentoring employees to help them better understand quality and the processes used to achieve improvements.

Wendy Hartman was named manager, supply chain management at Graham Architectural Products. She is responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing the supply base for the goods and services required to manufacture GAP products at the York and New Castle facilities.

Previously, Hartman provided leadership as the senior global sourcing manager at Graham Packaging Company where she was responsible for all North American transportation and indirect procurement requirements. Hartman developed, implemented, and managed corporate-wide procurement policies and procedures, the supplier diversity program, and the procurement budget.

Prior to that, Hartman worked for Armstrong World Industries, most recently as the senior manager, procurement standards and technology. In that position Hartman’s main focus was to create a single, global, homogenous procurement organization based on LEAN principles and standards. She was also responsible for developing and implementing corporate-wide procurement policies and procedures including supplier diversity and electronic invoicing and payment. In addition, she brings to GAP her experience in identifying, implementing, and tracking cost savings on commodities.

Hartman received her B.A. in business administration from Towson University and is a member of the Institute of Supply Management.  She also completed her Six Sigma Green Belt training.
