Our selection and hiring process varies from position-to-position, but the end goal is always to match an individual's knowledge, skill, interests, and experiences to those needed for a particular position. The steps that are taken (again, these may vary by position and number of job openings)
Application reviewed and selected by Human Resources representative or Hiring Manager.
Telephone screening with applicant by Human Resources representative or Hiring Manager.
Invitation to come in for testing and/or interview.
Pre-employment testing (varies by positions, may include integrity testing, math test, etc.).
Interview with Human Resources and Hiring Manager.
Determination by Company on who to offer a position.
Offer of position contingent on background screening.
Background screening conducted.
