Graham Architectural Products, and its subsidiaries, parent and affiliates (collectively “Company”) respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the type of personally identifiable information we may collect or that you may provide when you access or use the Company website (our “Online Services”), as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This policy applies only to personal information we collect through the Online Services, and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through them. The phrases “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” mean any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number.

This policy does not apply to information that we collect offline or on any other application or website, including those you may access through the Online Services. This policy also does not apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third party. These third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

This Privacy Policy applies only to users accessing our website from the United States. The Online Services are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 we will delete that information.

Whenever you submit information via the Online Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Use of the Company’s website, which are incorporated herein by reference, please do not use the Online Services.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

As you use the Online Services, certain information may be passively collected about you or your activities over time and across third-party applications or websites using various technologies, such as navigational data collection and behavioral tracking services. We, or third parties authorized by us, that are subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy, may transparently collect information that is not personally identifiable, such as your internet connection, browser, operating system, mobile network information, or the telephone number of your device. We, or third parties authorized by us, also may access metadata and other information associated with files stored on your computer or device, which may include photographs, audio and video clips, or address book information. Third parties authorized to collect information about you or your device may include advertisers or analytics companies, such as Google Analytics and Flurry. Your mobile device manufacturer or provider also may collect information about you or your activities via the Online Services.

The Online Services may use Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider. We may collect IP addresses for purposes of system administration and to audit the use of the Online Services. Each time you use the Online Services and request one of our pages, our server logs your IP address. Although we log your session with us, we will not normally link your IP address to anything that can enable us to identify you.

The Online Services may use “cookies.” A “cookie” is a small file stored by your web browser to help a particular system recognize you and the pages you visit in a website or mobile application. Cookies allow the Online Services to recognize you more quickly. We use cookies to help us measure the number of visits, average time spent, page views, and other statistics relating to the Online Services. All cookies are deleted when you close out of our Online Services. We support the Do Not Track browser setting that allows you to choose, and tells the websites you visit, what kind of personal information you want to be collected. We will honor the Do Not Track preferences you set in your browser.

3. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

When you use the Online Services, you may be asked or required to provide personal information, which may include but is not limited to your name, address, email address and phone number. You may provide personal information when creating an account to use the Online Services, or contacting us, among other reasons. We use this information for the designated purpose and share it only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Online Services may display, make available, or provide you with access to third-party content, websites, applications, or services (the “Third-Party Materials”). The Online Services also may provide you with a means of sharing content on other third-party websites or applications, including other social media networks. We have no control over the privacy practices content, or method of collecting information by any other application or websites to which we provide access from the Online Services. Company does not endorse, approve, or certify these Third-Party Materials, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, legality, or any other aspect thereof. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by our Online Services. You should check the applicable privacy policy of the Third-Party Materials you are accessing and determine whether this third party follows your Do Not Track preferences.

5. SHARING OF INFORMATION

Company may provide certain aggregate information we collect from users of the Online Services (e.g., statistics, sales, traffic patterns and services) to third parties who can assist Company in analyzing and understanding the information and help us better provide our services. Company also may provide certain aggregate information we collect from users to third parties to market their products or services or provide other targeted content to you, if you have not opted out of such disclosures. Should Company share this aggregate information with third parties, it will not include any personally identifiable information.

Company does not sell, rent, loan, share or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information to any third parties. Only Company or authorized agents have access to personal information provided by users of the Online Services.

Company is the sole owner of all information collected via the Online Services. In addition, as we develop our business, we may sell our business or buy another business. In such transactions, personal information is generally one of the transferred business assets. In the event that Company or substantially all Company’s assets are acquired, personal information about our users may be one of the transferred assets.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Company determines, in its sole discretion, necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request; to protect and defend the rights or property of you, Company or others; to protect the personal safety of users or the public; or to enforce this Privacy Policy.

Pursuant to this Privacy Policy, we use or share information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:

• Provide you with the Online Services and its contents, and any other information, products or services you request from us;

• Send you notices regarding your account, and updates or changes to the Online Services; and
• Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from this Privacy Policy.

If you use the Online Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
