Atlantic Yards

A Modern Workspace for the Modern World
Construction is nearing completion in Midtown Atlanta on the sizable and amenity-rich Atlantic Yards project with a projected completion date this summer.
Offering over 523,000 sq. ft. of office, restaurant, and retail space, Atlantic Yards consists of two buildings that are built atop a parking deck with a capacity for 890 vehicles.
The complex has landed a major tenant with Microsoft Corporation leasing the entirety of the property. It’s one of the largest commercial real estate transaction in the US so far this year and it is expected to create 1,500 high-tech jobs in the area. Microsoft’s plans for the site are reportedly focused on artificial intelligence and cloud services.
